1. Who we are

2. Orders and delivery

• The website is for information: orders are placed on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed when we confirm it to you by message with the price, date and delivery time.
• Prices, buffet contents and availability may change without notice. What we confirm in your order always applies.
• Photos are for illustration: the actual presentation may vary slightly.
• We deliver in Naples, Florida, and in areas we confirm. Delivery times are approximate and we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic or other causes beyond our control.
• Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy (link at the end of this page).

3. Allergens and food storage

Our products are made with ingredients such as wheat (gluten), milk and eggs, and are prepared in a kitchen that handles other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or cross-contact. If you or anyone eating has allergies or dietary restrictions, ask us before ordering.

Products with cheese, ham or meat are perishable. As the USDA recommends, do not leave them at room temperature for more than 2 hours (1 hour above 90 °F) and refrigerate leftovers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for problems caused by allergies you did not tell us about or by not following these storage recommendations.

4. Reviews

• You may leave an honest review, positive or negative. We will never ask you not to publish your opinion or charge you anything for it.
• Your review must describe your real experience with our products. Fake or misleading content, insults, threats, discrimination, obscene language, other people's personal data, spam, advertising and anything illegal are not allowed.
• We only hide reviews that break those rules. We never hide or delete reviews because they are negative or because of their star rating.
• By posting you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual permission to display your review (shortened name, stars, comment and date) on this website and our social media. The review remains yours and you can ask us to remove it.
• We do not offer payments, discounts or gifts in exchange for positive reviews. Reviews are the opinions of customers, not of Bufet Cubano.

5. Email offers

We will only send you offers if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

6. Proper use of the website

Do not use the website for illegal purposes, to submit reviews automatically or in bulk, or to try to access protected areas, disrupt the site or copy its data.

7. Intellectual property

The Bufet Cubano name and logo, our product photos and the website text belong to us or are used under license (some photos of Cuba come from stock photo libraries). You may not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The flag emojis shown in some browsers use Twemoji (Twitter, CC BY 4.0 license).

8. Links to other websites

Links to WhatsApp and social media lead to third-party services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

9. No warranties about the website

We try to keep the information on the website accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date, and the website may sometimes be unavailable. It is provided “as is”. What we confirm to you on WhatsApp always applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Bufet Cubano is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, and our liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida, unless the law provides otherwise.

12. Changes and language

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page with its date. These terms are available in Spanish and English; if there is any difference between the two versions, the English version prevails.

Version 2026-10-16. When you post a review you accept the version in force at that time, and we record which version you accepted.
